By accessing the SerenIQ Portal, you agree to use the service responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Access and accounts
Access is provided to authenticated users. You are responsible for safeguarding your account access and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt platform operations, or use the portal to transmit harmful or illegal content.
Report access and payment
Each SerenIQ assessment generates a unique, time-specific career exposure report based on the task allocation information submitted at the time of assessment. Results reflect the structure of your role as reported during that assessment and the current state of automation technologies at the time the report is generated.
One-time report unlock ($79): Completion of an assessment provides a preview of your automation exposure score. Access to the full report, including the task-level analysis, strategic positioning guidance, 30-day action plan, and downloadable resources, requires a one-time report unlock fee of $79 per assessment. Once purchased, the unlocked report remains accessible through your account.
No refund policy
All SerenIQ reports and digital products are delivered electronically and made immediately accessible upon purchase.
Because access to the full report is granted instantly and the content constitutes digital intellectual property, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with report results, misunderstanding of the scoring model, changes in personal career circumstances, or failure to review product details before purchase.
If a technical issue prevents access to your purchased report, SerenIQ will make reasonable efforts to restore access. Support requests must be submitted to support@sereniq.co within 7 days of purchase.
Nature of the service
SerenIQ provides career intelligence and analytical tools designed to help individuals understand automation exposure and professional positioning in the evolving AI economy.
SerenIQ does not provide employment, legal, or financial advice, and no outcome or employment result is guaranteed. Assessment results should be interpreted as analytical insights, not professional advice.
Intellectual property
The SerenIQ platform, including the PRJCT scoring framework, task-level automation exposure model, reporting methodology, and associated content, constitutes proprietary intellectual property.
Reports are licensed for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, or commercial use of SerenIQ reports or methodologies is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SerenIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or employment-related damages arising from the use of the platform or interpretation of assessment results. Use of the service is at the user’s own discretion.
Data and privacy
Your assessment responses and results are private to your account. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Aggregate, anonymized data may be used to improve scoring accuracy and product development. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Service interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. SerenIQ is not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.
Intellectual property
The PRJCT scoring model, SerenIQ platform, Career Resilience Kit, and all associated content are the intellectual property of SerenIQ. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
SerenIQ provides career intelligence tools for informational purposes. Results are not professional career, legal, or financial advice. SerenIQ is not liable for employment decisions made based on assessment results.
Changes
Terms may be updated over time. Continued use of the service after updates means acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email where possible.
Updates to the platform: SerenIQ may update scoring models, methodologies, and reporting formats as automation technologies evolve. Reports reflect the analytical framework and market conditions at the time of assessment and may differ from future assessments.
